At first, we were a bit hesitant about trying Offerpad since we had always depended on Realtors before. But let me tell ya, the whole experience was just seamless! Tiffany was fantastic, providing top-notch support every step of the way and making sure everything got done on time. We were also really impressed with Byron's level of professionalism. To our surprise, selling our house through Offerpad turned out to be faster than going the Realtor route. Plus, their fees were right in line with standard closing costs. Why deal with the hassle of constant showings, keeping your place spotless, and having to leave your home? Offerpad takes all that stress away! We had a blast with the whole process, and the team in Atlanta was simply awesome!

I recently did a deal with Offer Pad, and it went super smoothly! They were really easy to reach and negotiate with. To my surprise, the HOA let us know that the house needed some exterior painting done before we could close the deal. At first, I figured this would be a big hurdle, but Offer Pad quickly took care of it. I'd surely pick Offer Pad again for future transactions.

While this method might work for a lot of folks, we found it to be quite a letdown. The first communication was friendly and quick, and the video tour went off without a hitch. We had put in a bunch of upgrades to our home and made sure to point all that out during the appraisal and video tour. Unfortunately, it seemed like none of that info was considered when the offer came through. As a result, we chose to turn down the offer and put the house up for sale. To our surprise, it sold in just 5 days for $85,000 more than what they offered. In our case, the offer was way below what the market was showing.

Clear communication is super important! Just like another reviewer pointed out, Offerpad doesn't let customers know that their services aren't available for homes worth over $500K or with land. We ended up wasting a good chunk of time, about 2-3 weeks, with our assigned realtor who conveniently forgot to mention this key detail. I only found out about it after checking the reviews, having already shown interest and being left in the dark by the realtor who never replied to my messages or set up a time. Long story short, I won't be using or recommending Offerpad. While they might work for homes priced between $300K and $500K, it's wise to be careful. There's just no reason for them not to share this info upfront and waste our precious time.

This deal is absurdly cheap, 40k under market price. Do they honestly believe folks are clueless and don’t know how to do their homework? It’s best to go with a local real estate firm and steer clear of asking for a cash offer. Looks like Wall Street is just out to exploit you financially.

Selling my folks' house through Offerpad a couple of years ago was a really good experience. Overall, I was quite pleased with how everything turned out.

It does seem a bit vague. I'm about to leave the place in a couple of days, so right now, the house is packed with boxes. Sadly, I won't be able to take any pictures after the movers are gone on Monday.

Awesome! We're wrapping up the deal on a new place in just two days, and we’re planning to give it a makeover. So, we weren’t really worried about our current home until after the move. But honestly, this whole process has been pretty simple and easygoing. The folks who bought the houses next door and across the street don’t have kids, so I’m not too worried about the school year causing any issues. Still, I get that spring and summer are usually the peak times in the housing market.

I've tried reaching out to the number on the Realtor sign a bunch of times about the place next door. The lights are on, and those garage barn doors have been pried open, which I had to secure myself. I left my name and number, hoping for a callback to find out if the Realtor was behind this or if it’s just a squatter. Sadly, no one got back to me. Those same doors have been wide open for three days now, and I'm starting to feel uneasy about it. The sliding door and kitchen window are also left ajar. I'm really let down by their lack of response and wouldn’t think about using their services in the future. Sorry, I can't share a photo right now because it's too dark, but I can snap one tomorrow if needed.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I did run into a small hiccup with uploading pictures at first, but I figured it out and ended up sending over a dozen. To give a better idea of the property, it would be awesome if the home could accommodate more than 12 images. Thanks for looking into this!

This whole thing seems pretty simple up to now. Just a heads up, my place is mostly packed and ready for the move, so I'm not sure how it’ll look during the virtual walkthrough. Still, I’ll do my best to show it off nicely.

Just three days ago, my buyers chose to bail, and now I'm here trying to figure out if there's a way to fix this. By the way, I'm already under contract for my new place in Oklahoma.
